Returns and Refunds

We express our apologies if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our Return and Refund Policy for digital and physical products and services. We’re here to help!

For any products or services that are non-returnable (downloads, fitness plans, etc) customers have 30 calendar days to request a revision or refund. If requesting a revision, our team will contact you personally to discuss your concerns and how to make your purchase perfect.
For physical products, customers have 30 calendar days from the date shipped to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item does not have to be in the original packaging, but all parts of the product must be included in the return package. Your package must include the receipt or any proof of purchase to be accepted.


Before shipping any physical product returns, please contact us - we will respond with a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. 
When requesting a refund for any products or services that are non-returnable: please let us know why you are dissatisfied with our service, and we will respond with your refund approval status.
When requesting a refund for a physical product: please contact us to initiate your return and we will review your order details for refund eligibility. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
If your refund is approved, you may choose to receive your refund in the form of store credit, or as a partial refund of %75 to your original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
